Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum digital-consent age applicable in your country. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms, a parent, guardian or authorized organization representative must do so.
• Account and sign-in information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account and connected devices.
• Keep passwords, bot tokens, webhook URLs, access codes and session credentials confidential. Notify us and rotate the relevant credentials immediately if access is no longer trusted.
• You may not sell, rent or transfer an account, activation, subscription or access right unless we expressly permit it.

2. BotForge

BotForge provides tools for managing Discord bots, servers, modules, automations, messages, competitions and public presentation pages.

• You may connect or manage only bots, servers and resources that you own or are authorized to administer.
• You are responsible for the configuration you save and the actions you request, including messages, role changes, moderation actions, automations and publicly displayed competition information.
• Before running an automation or bulk action, review its target, permissions and expected effect. BotForge may apply rate limits, safety checks or plan limits.
• Server administrators are responsible for informing their members about bots, logging, moderation and public competition features where required.

BotForge does not grant ownership of Discord bots, servers, member content or third-party resources merely because they are visible in the dashboard.

3. ClubBoard — Team Manager

ClubBoard provides organizational tools for EA SPORTS FC Clubs teams, including club data, members, roles, availability, matches, tactics, lineups, set pieces, reports and Discord publishing.

• Adding an EA SPORTS FC club does not prove ownership. Club ownership, staff permissions and player associations are controlled through ClubBoard’s verification and authorization rules.
• A club may be followed in read-only mode, associated with a verified EA club member, or claimed for management. Payment entitlements do not grant an Owner, Manager or Moderator role.
• Owners and staff must assign roles, invite members, associate players and publish team content only when authorized to do so.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of manually entered schedules, results, reports, tactics, notes, links and other team content.
• EA-provided club, player and match information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or changed by the provider. ClubBoard identifies cached and locally created information where appropriate but does not guarantee third-party data accuracy.
• Device limits and activations protect tester and subscription access. You may unlink an eligible device through the available controls, but may not bypass, falsify or interfere with activation checks.

4. User content and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display, transmit and back up that content only as needed to operate the selected product and features.

When you publish content to Discord or a public page, you direct us to make that content available to the selected audience. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that the content does not violate law, privacy, intellectual property or third-party platform rules.

We may remove, restrict or refuse content that creates a security risk, violates these Terms, infringes rights or may expose the service or other users to harm.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use either product to:

• Spam, harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive or unlawfully track another person.
• Access or modify a bot, server, club, account, device or data without authorization.
• Distribute malware, steal credentials, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with service availability.
• Evade rate limits, device limits, plan restrictions, security controls, suspensions or provider policies.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or automatically extract protected service data except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Publish illegal, infringing, abusive or privacy-violating content.

Use must also comply with the rules of relevant third parties, including Discord, Google Play, payment providers and Electronic Arts services.

6. Plans, trials and payments

• Some features may require a paid plan, active trial, tester entitlement or manually granted access.
• Prices, billing periods, included limits and renewal details are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply depending on location and provider rules.
• BotForge payments may be processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. ClubBoard mobile purchases, when enabled, are processed by Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed by the payment provider until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not refund an already started billing period unless required by law or provider policy.
• Trials and promotional access may be limited by account, server, club or device and may end automatically at the stated time.
• ClubBoard may offer one seven-day Pro trial without requesting a payment method. It starts when an eligible user first adds a club, is available once per eligible account and installation, and requires a paid plan when it ends unless the user is covered by an active club plan or tester entitlement.
• Starter is a personal plan for one followed club at a time. To follow another club, the existing followed club must first be removed. Team and higher club plans may cover verified members of the entitled club within the displayed limits.
• When a paid plan ends or a lower plan is selected, saved club data is retained, but features or quantities above the active plan limit may become read-only until access is restored or the user reduces usage.

Refunds and payment disputes are handled according to applicable law and the policy of the provider that processed the payment.

7. Third-party services

Our products integrate with independent third parties. Their services, availability, data and rules are outside our control. Changes or outages may temporarily or permanently affect a feature.

BotForge and ClubBoard are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS, EA SPORTS FC, Discord, Google or their affiliates. Product and company names belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability, changes and termination

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, limited, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, provider or product reasons. Beta, testing and “coming soon” features may change before general release.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law or respond to a third-party platform. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination.

You may stop using a product at any time. ClubBoard account deletion instructions are available here. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active third-party subscription; cancellation must also be completed with the payment provider where applicable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free third-party data.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important content, reviewing automated actions and protecting credentials. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized credentials, incorrect user configuration, third-party outages or actions taken outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Forge Utilities will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of profits, reputation, data or business opportunity arising from use of the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms when functionality, providers, pricing or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, an additional notice.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally.
